Pre paid classes can be used at either Tuesday or Thursday class
Mats and blankets are provided,
however please bring your own mat if you have one.
Avoid eating for at least 1 hour before class.
Classes are general level, are held during school terms only, and beginners are welcome.
Please arrive a little early to get settled and so as not to disturb others.
What style of Yoga? Influenced by Iyengar,
Ashtanga and Synergy Yoga the practice is based on a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses, with
attention to the breath and a focus on practising safely. We aim to create an
environment where each person can work appropriately according to their own
circumstances, taking into account any injuries, special conditions and energy
levels. The teacher is there to encourage, support and challenge, to allow the
student's own Yoga journey to unfold. The classes offer a balance of challenging
physical Asanas, simpler versions of the same poses, restorative and regenerative poses, guided breathing (Pranayama) , Meditation and
relaxation.
